FoxMore Recruiting is a Host providing backhouse support for Freelance Recruiters allowing them the ability to own, grow and manage their own business/clients for permanent placement candidates. Like many Insurance companies and Real Estate companies Independent Agents, our Independent Agents focus on growing their business through sales and not staying up all night working on operations like Billing, Contracts, ATS(Applicant Tracking Systems), Social Media or Website Marketing, Branding and Support Systems. If you are an Experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of sourcing clients/BD specifically in the recruiting industry and are sick and tired of building relationships for recruiting agencies that lay you off every time there is a slowdown in the industry, keeping the customers you sourced, and leaving you out in the cold, we are here for YOU! There are no territory restrictions and you work when and from where you want! You can work Full Time or Part Time to slowly build your business up, you decide.

Requirements

Own a laptop, outbound phone line, and reliable internet connection.

Responsible for sourcing both Clients & Candidates as an Independent Agent.

Monthly subscription fee of $123 includes access to ATS ZOHO Recruit, ability to post jobs on FoxMore Website, Inbound phone line, FoxMore Email/G-suite including Teams Meetings, Onboarding with systems and ongoing support, use of company name and logo, contracts and billing systems.

After 6 months, you must incorporate your business. Residents of NY and CA must have an existing business prior to working with FoxMore. You will will need to provide business insurance upon sourcing your first client.
