Role Overview:
As the Sales and Marketing Director for our Philippine base office:
You will be responsible for Creating your expertise in the Niche Staffing Department, which includes generating new clients, and hiring/mentoring sales, recruiting and marketing support staff. Â
You must have a track record of at least 10-15 years of experience in driving revenue growth and achieving targets, with a particular focus on increasing sales by over 100% year over year, will be crucial in building and managing a high-performing team.
A key responsibility and goal of this role is to attract, hire, train, and mentor the best talent in the industry, ensuring they deliver exceptional results and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience of at least 10-15 years in sales and marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets, with a particular focus on increasing sales by over 100% year-over-year.
Have a strong network of Clients, VA's, and Sales Staff immediately to support your department. Note, you will be solely responsible for the success of your Niche staffing department.
Prior experience in a leadership role, managing and inspiring sales and marketing teams to success.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on hiring, training, and mentoring top talent.
Location: Remote (Work-From-Home), based in the Philippines.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary based on your previous documented salary and monthly paid bonus based on Month-over-Month sales increase. Bonus is calculated based on your monthly salary x the % Month-over-Month sales increase.
