About the Role

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED and COMMISSION MOTIVATED Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in sales in a Staffing/Recruiting company and have an established network of clients. This is a remote position. 

Requirements

NONE of our competitors come close to our Commission Rates!!!

                                  

$300 for 20hrs Book/paid, $400 for 30hrs Book/paid, $500 for 40hrs Book/paid

addition to that is a $100 if the lead is provided by Sales Representative


Commissions:

1. Qualified (real) appointment = $10

Requirement: the client should show up during the DC/Appointment.


2. If the Sale is Book/Paid, then Sales Rep. will get:

$300 for 20 hrs VA

$400 for 30 hrs VA

$500 for 40 hrs VA


3. Addition to the commission for the Book/Paid is $100 if the Lead is provided by Sales Rep.



  • Commission based on 1 month's client payments. 

  • Foxmore to provide Sales Rep phone number and email.

  • Commision paid on regular payroll cycle.

  • If the clients payments(to start) are weekly, commission is paid the next payroll cycle after 4 client payments.

  • “20 hours book/paid” means a minimum of 4 weeks at 20hrs (Per Week).

  • The hourly client Billing Rate must be at the minimum company markup, unless otherwise approved by the General Manager. 

  • Full Time requires a minimum of 3 client bookings per Month. 


Php 85,500 monthly commissions based on 3 sales per month ($1,500USD) and that does not include appointment or Leads commissions.
