We are seeking a highly skilled Admin Assistant with experience in Go High Level to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Go High Level Management:Manage leads and contacts within Go High Level.
    Build and maintain automation workflows.
    Generate reports and analyze data to track performance.
    Create and manage landing pages and funnels.

  • Lead Generation:Conduct outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media.
    Set appointments and qualify leads for sales teams.
    Track and analyze lead generation results.

  • Administrative Tasks:Provide calendar and travel management support.
    Manage email and communication workflows.
    Organize meetings and events.
    Prepare reports and presentations.
    Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Go High Level.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Experience with CRM systems a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

  • Highly skilled Lead gen / Appointment setter

  • Trained in outreach, appointment setting, cold DM outreach, and social media lead gen.
