About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to answer inbound calls from prospective customers, qualify their needs, and close deals. This is a remote position, so you must be comfortable working independently and have a good understanding of the use of technology.

Requirements

Tasks:

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective customers

  • Qualify leads and identify their needs

  • Present products or services to customers

  • Close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of experience in sales or customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with CRM software a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
