About the Role
We are actively searching for 100% commission based Senior Full Cycle Recruiter
The position is fully remote and you're paid above average rates for each candidate placement you make.
_ None of our competitors come close to our Commission Rates!!!_
Commission Structure:
- 50% of client fee Full Cycle (Job Order and Candidate)
- Additional 10% from all those Recruiters you bring on directly below you(1 tier)and manage.
- 25% of client fee Recruiter “Split Fee*”
- 25% to recruiter supplies the client job order and 25% to one recruiter supplies the candidate
*“Split Fee” Simply put, split fee recruiting represents an agreed-upon arrangement between two recruiters in which one recruiter supplies the client job order and one recruiter supplies the candidate
Commission paid the first Bi-Weekly pay period after the client pays their fee.
Guarantee periods not fulfilled and fee refunds are adjusted in commissions.
Client job order rates must be at a Minimum Tier Rate for the position.
Clients are in US or Canada, Resulting in HIGH commission $$$
As a Full Cycle Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing clients & Candidates.
We are looking for Recruiters who are committed to a long-term career with our company.
Your weekly FOCUS will be:
1. Sourcing, recruiting, and screening Clients and professionals candidates.
2. Creating, Building and Maintaining candidate relationships.
3. Communicating and displaying your social recruiting expertise to both our virtual & digital audiences. Proactively using social media and other open source platforms for recruitment marketing purposes.
4. Attending team awareness meetings to collaborate and dialogue on what's next.
This is an independent contractor/consultant, commissioned-based role. All earnings in this role are based on candidate placements from job orders we or you place.
These commissions are uncapped earnings with tremendous potential for massive growth!
This opportunity is 100% REMOTE
UNCAPPED commission earnings based on candidates placements of the company's clients
ABOVE market commission rates
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven track record.
- Understands open source sourcing methods, and has recruiting & sourcing tools at disposal.
- Leverages online recruiting resources such as the internet, social media, professional organizations, and community associations to identify, prospecting, recruit, and network for clients and candidates
