About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the filing system for property management documents, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and properly organized.

  • Handle property management tasks such as scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and processing tenant requests.

  • Follow up on taxes and leases, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all required documentation is filed on time.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.

  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Or Google Suite.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Experience in real estate property management is a plus.

  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
