About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented E-Commerce Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to sell products and services online, build relationships with customers, and provide excellent customer service. This is a remote position, so you must be comfortable working independently and have a good understanding of the use of technology.

Requirements

Tasks:

  • Sell products and services online through our website and social media channels

  • Build relationships with customers and answer their questions

  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

  • Track and report on sales performance

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of experience in e-commerce sales or customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM software a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
